Festival Village, the heart of Taste Port Douglas, once again comes to life when we celebrate Port Douglas’s rich culinary culture and lifestyle.  

Against a dreamy backdrop of Four Mile Beach to one side and resort lagoons on the other, guests will enjoy a day on the grounds of Port Douglas' iconic Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort.  Settle in for a full program of live cooking demonstrations and panel discussions by some of Australian’s most respected chefs and culinary presenters, pop up food and beverage stalls, masterclasses, live music, roving entertainment for kids and adults by Buenos Nachos Productions.

New in 2024 is Palate Cleansers presented by Laughing Heart Comedy. Hosted by Melbourne-based comedian Bron Lewis, Laughing Heart Comedy's 'Palate Cleansers' will be popping up during the day's activities, with a handful of Australian comedy's favourite acts - including Ben Knight [MEL], Sam Bowden [SYD], and Harley Breen [BNE] - delivering short, sharp stand-up sets as part of Taste Port Douglas' Festival Village programm.
